What Is Creprogram By Austin Davis?

I am wanting to know about Austin Davis who has a commercial real estate training program. His CREprogram is on sale right now and I have been wanting to try it for a while now. I did a lot of searching for his program reviews and have decided to give it a try. I have got a lot of feedback so far from people with good things to say.

I have found a few other students in his program who had good things to say about it. I am looking for other programs from teachers that are helpful too. I did find a Austin Davis Review page on squidoo with lots of feedback from users of his program. I did find lots of reviews on his program and am interested. I have just under $10k to work with. I want to know if his program will work for me.

I plan to give it a try and am looking forward to it. Austin sure is selling his program for a lot less than everyone else. I have done residential homes and flipped them for a few years. I am going to plan to start investing in commercial property.

The commercial market for real estate is ideal for buyers. My goal is to buy my first property in the next 12 months. That will give me plenty of time to get my first deal done.

I am hoping to find a property with 30 units or more. I would like to get a property with management in place. I do not plan to manage the property on my own. I really want to get a deal with management already in place. My goal is just to be a investor. I do not want to be a manager. I want to buy a property in good shape too. No rehab property, just good condition property is what I want to buy.
